Hopefully, everyone reading this has already read the cry for help from the community on the forum home page. I am very concious of us repeating ourselves so I will keep this post relatively short.

Collectively the staff have decided that Sonic Cage Dome is not doing what it should be at the moment. The sole reason for this is that we do not have an online gaming server where we can go out and play our favourite Genesis games until our eyes bleed. This is what SCD was created for and somewhere in the last 12-18 months we lost sight of that.

What should've have happened when we lost our gaming server is being put in action now! That is to purchase a commercial gaming server in North America and get back into online Genesis gaming.

To do this however it is going to cost a bit of money. $120 to be exact. Which for one person is a lot, but for a community is not much. If we all want this community to survive enough we will make the target. If not? Well we will have to evaluate where we are at if that (crossed fingers it doesn't) happens.
